drive company growth, and ensure the achievement of business goals. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record of executive management, a deep understanding of e-commerce, and the ability to
foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to promote the company’s
growth and operational efficiency.
 Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring all departments align with the company’s
goals and objectives.
 Manage company finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability.
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and
investors.
 Lead, mentor, and inspire the executive team and staff, fostering a collaborative and highperformance
culture.
 Monitor company performance against goals and make necessary adjustments to ensure success.
 Ensure the company adheres to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain legality and

Requirements:
 Minimum of 10 years in a senior management role, within the e-commerce or retail industry.
 Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
