Sales & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:
● Sales & Customer Relationship Management:
○ Cold calling and visiting construction sites, sub-dealers, and hardware stores
to promote and sell Fischer & Hilti anchor fasteners.
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their
needs and providing solutions.
○ Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities at construction sites
and hardware dealers.
○ Provide technical support and product demonstrations where necessary.
● Order Management & Delivery:
○ Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to order placement and
delivery.
○ Personally deliver goods from the warehouse to customers’ locations across
Dubai and surrounding areas.
○ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials, resolving any logistical
issues that may arise.
● Payment Collections:
○ Responsible for collecting payments from customers in a timely manner and
ensuring proper financial reconciliation with the accounts team.
● Branch Operations Management:
○ Oversee all daily operations of the FKPL branch in Dubai, including inventory
management, warehouse coordination, and logistics.
○ Ensure smooth operation of the branch by coordinating with the warehouse,
suppliers, and customers.
○ Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the head office for replenishment of
fasteners and related products.
● Reporting & Coordination:
○ Regularly report sales performance, stock levels, and operational challenges
to the head office
