-Sales Coordination:
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals,sales reports , presentations, and sales contracts.
Coordinate with the distributor on day to day activities on invoicing ,processing the orders, and timely deliveries
Monitor and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and client communications in coordination with sales team.
Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate and current client information in coordination with the sales team.

-Communication:
Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Disseminate information to team members..

-Data Entry and Record-Keeping:
Input and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and other systems.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of various office and sales activities.


-Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary, or in a similar role.
Familiarity with sales coordination or support roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ,specifically in excel for making reports .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

-Education:
High school diploma required; additional certification in Office Administration, Sales, or related fields is a plus.
