We're looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sales Person with mobile repair experience to join our team in Dubai. You'll be responsible for greeting customers, diagnosing phone issues, and recommending the best repair solutions.

Responsibilities:

-Welcome customers to our store and provide exceptional customer service.

-Diagnose common phone problems (cracked screens, battery issues, etc.)

-Explain repair options and pricing clearly and concisely.

-Upsell relevant accessories and services.

-Process transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile phone sales or repair.

-Strong understanding of current mobile phone models and technologies.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

-Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
