Responsibilities:

•Proactively approach potential members to promote gym memberships and services.

•Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into memberships.

•Build strong relationships with existing and potential members to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

•Participate in promotional events, membership drives.

•Maintain accurate records of sales activities, memberships, and client interactions.

•Process membership applications, payments, and cancellations efficiently.

•Must have pleasing personality and a good team player.

•Can start immediately.

Qualifications:

•Education: Minimum Bachelor's

•Minimum 1 year of experience in sales in UAE, preferably in the fitness or health industry.

•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.

•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

•Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

•Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Salary: AED2500 – AED********per month plus commission 2.5 % on Sales target.
