Knowledge of these features with Sales: Website designing, Development, Social Media, Google AdWords, Ad Campaigns and SEO/SEM products.

Candidates should have good knowledge of IT Sales / Marketing processes.

Follow up with the clients once the sales team is involved.

Converting a qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, and internet mining.

Understanding the different products and solutions available to customers' businesses

Building and managing strong relationships with customers.

Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new clients.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum Education (Any/ All)

Minimum Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English/ Hindi, presentation skills and a neutral accent.

Excellent written communication skills with email etiquettes.

Good Analytics/ Sale Aptitude

Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of stress, and while facing an irate customer and managing back to back calls.
