Job description
* Sales Representative in Interior Architecture Company *

Job Overview:
We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients.
You will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' visions into reality.

Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in sales activities, including identifying leads, prospecting, and converting leads into clients.
- Getting the sale using various customer sales methods.
- Forecasting sales, developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness
- Evaluating customers skills, needs and building productive long lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and goals.
- Develop detailed design plans, including layout, color schemes, furniture selections, and materials.
- Present design proposals to clients effectively, articulating the vision and benefits of your designs.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and design expertise to guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Manage the end-to-end design process, including project coordination, implementation, and final delivery.

Requirements:
- Must have good experience in sales (specially architecture company)
- Must be fluent in English & Arabic
- Must have UAE Valid Driving License (Preferred if having own car)
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey design concepts.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
