We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as Listing / Reservation Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various tasks related to the upkeep and operation of holiday homes. As a key member of the reservations department, you will be responsible for managing property listings, managing guest inquiries, and facilitating reservation as well as optimizing their visibility and booking through Online Travel Agencies (OTA). The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, passion for the hospitality industry as well as optimizing their visibility and booking through Online Travel Agencies (OTA) and must be knowledgeable in using Hostaway channel manager or other similar property management software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. OTA Listing Optimization:
• Create and manage listings on various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Airbnb, *** and VRBO.
• Optimize listing content and photographs to maximize property listings visibility, occupancy rates, and attract potential guest.
• Monitor Pricing and availability across OTAs, making adjustments as needed to remain competitive and maximize occupancy rates********Administrative Support:
• Report guest check-in and check-outs through the DTCM portal, ensure that all necessary information is accurately recorded and submitted in a timely manner.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to reservations, including generating invoices, processing payments, and preparing rental agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of guest communications, reservation details, and financial transactions********Reservation Handling:
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or online messaging platforms, providing detailed information about available properties, rates, and amenities.
• Assist guests in selecting suitable accommodations based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
• Process reservation bookings accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are entered correctly into the booking system********Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout the reservation process, addressing any questions, concerns, or special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Coordinate check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for guests.
• Address any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner, striving to resolve issued to their satisfaction********Sales and Revenue Optimization:
• Implement strategies and track key performance metrics to drive sales and increase occupancy rates, including promotional offers, discounts, and package deals.
• Analyse and Monitor booking trends, market data, and identify opportunities to maximize rental revenue, profitability, and guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in holiday homes, or hospitality industry, preferably in vacation rental management or holiday homes reservations for 2 years.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, property owners, and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Online Travel Agency Platforms and property management software. (e.g., Hostaway, Airbnb, ***, Bayut, DTCM Portal).
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
