Responsibilities:Oversee all landscape activities within the company's portfolio, ensuring high standards of design, implementation, and maintenance.Develop landscape plans and designs in alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of landscape projects.Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects within scope and on schedule.Conduct site inspections, assess landscape conditions, and propose enhancements or corrective measures as needed.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and sustainable landscape solutions to continually improve company landscapes.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field.Proven experience in landscape design, construction, and maintenance, preferably within a corporate setting.Strong knowledge of plant species, irrigation systems, hardscape materials, and landscape construction techniques.Proficiency in CAD software, GIS, and other landscape design tools.Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Knowledge of local regulations, environmental considerations, and sustainability practices related to landscaping.
