Job Description: We seek a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying and selling properties
• Conduct market research to determine property values and market trends
• Provide clients with advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
• Prepare and present offers to purchase or rent properties
• Negotiate contracts and ensure all terms are met
• Maintain a database of potential clients and properties
• Attend property showings, open houses, and networking events
• Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations
Requirements:
• Valid real estate license
• Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficiency with real estate software and technology
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• English/Arab speaker
