Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients to understand their personal loan needs.
Provide detailed information and guidance on loan products and services.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and customer service.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking and financial products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

Prior experience in direct sales of personal loans preferred (minimum 1 year).
Freshers with a keen interest in banking and finance are also encouraged to apply.
Skills:

Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and professional ethics
Language:

Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
Good command of the English language is essential.
