Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Commercial Engineer with expertise in Industrial Automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and commercial aspects, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Industrial Automation.
Responsibilities:

1. PLC: Design, develop, and implement PLC & Scada systems based on project requirements.
2. Testing & Commissioning: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of PLC & Scada programs to ensure optimal system performance. Provide on-site support during commissioning phases and assist in resolving any technical issues that may arise.
3. Technical Support: Serve as a technical expert and provide support to customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders regarding industrial automation configurations, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
4. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLC & Scada technology and automation trends. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance of PLC & Scada systems.
5. Commercial Activities: Assist in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal development. Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and provide technical expertise during the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PLC/ Scada programming and configuration, preferably in industrial automation or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with clients.
• Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools/software.
