Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Consultant. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for working with clients to buy, sell, and rent properties. You will provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and legal requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and completing all necessary paperwork and contracts. While this is a based in Dubai, some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
• Consulting and Sales skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate industry
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with clients
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
• Real Estate License in Dubai
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
