Looking for chef in a multi cuisine meal plan & catering company with a minimum experience of 2 years.
salary range 2000-********Job responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring ingredients.
Cooking Assistance: Help with cooking tasks under the supervision of senior chefs, ensuring dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards.
Kitchen Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels, ensuring ingredients are fresh, and helping with inventory counts.
Food Safety: Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness to prevent contamination.
Learning and Development: Continuously learn new cooking techniques and recipes, seeking feedback from senior chefs to improve skills.
Station Setup: Prepare and set up cooking stations before service, ensuring all necessary tools and ingredients are ready.
Team Support: Collaborate with other kitchen staff and assist in various tasks as needed, fostering a positive team environment.
