We’re here to work hard and have fun.TheAccount Executivewill be responsible for:Supporting the Account Manager with the running of digital campaignsandcommunicationon a day-to-day basis.Supporting the Account Manager in delivering to client expectations and acting as a point of contact for day-to-day interaction.Supporting in the project management of digital and performance marketing campaignsSupporting the Account Manager in the timely delivery of required assetsSpecific Responsibilities:Team WorkStrong team playerActively look to maintain and build positive working relationshipsManage up – ensure your seniors are abreast of all activity on the account and empower them to support you through open lines of communicationClient servicesParticipate in client meetings when necessary, managing meeting protocols, agenda, etc.Ensure status is consistently up-to-date and correctEnsure that all meetings have thorough agendas, driving a productive outcomeEnsure that contact reports are delivered timeously with key deliverables and then driveout those deliverables to the agreed timingsPlan and participate in client review/approval meetings with teamBe consistently responsive and accessible to your client at all timesHave the ability to manage all kinds of personalities and always strive to get the best out of each individualHave an excellent knowledge understanding of the client, the agency, the strategy and the process in order to deliver efficiently and to the highest qualityAccount Management, Project Management and PlanningWork together with your full team across Creative (studio), Production, Development, etc. to deliver high quality workManage tight deadlines while adhering to processesSeamlesslymanage multiple stakeholders under theguidance of yourbusiness leadTake full ownership of every job that comes through you – ensure that every job is measured against client requirements and on-brandWrite briefs with full clarity on all requirementsCommunicate with intent when writing or speakingHave excellent organizational skills with thorough to-do lists which supports your ability to be efficient and effective in your jobBe solution-orientatedExcellence in Digital DeliveryEnsure that the right people have approved all work before it is sent to clientUnderstand digital best practice, platforms and specsEnsure that the right people have been included in client meetings to support the outcome of the meeting and that everyone is prepared and alignedKeep abreast of what is happening in the market (broad communication trends and client competitor work) in order to add additional value to your client’s businessBe prepared to work long hours as and when is necessary in order to deliver according to the deadlineand to support the broader teamCultureSupport company culture; actively seek new, smarter ways of doing thingsBe seen as an ambassador for the companyJoin in the agency culture to build strong relationships across the businessPersonal Profile:The successful candidate must be passionate about the advertising andcommunications industry, highly motivated with excellent communication andproblem-solvingskills.
