Our client in the Banking Industry is looking for a Senior Group Talent Acquisition Specialist to Join their team. The successful Candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Recruiters, handle legal matters, and utilize SAP Fieldglass for contingent workforce and vendor relationships. Develop and maintain a supplier network and ensure compliance with the Statement of Work model.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their specific talent needs.Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, including matching candidates, shortlisting, setting up interviews, managing suppliers, and negotiating rates.Manage document collection, conduct fingerprinting, request PIMs checks, and ensure all legal contracts are in place.Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.Experience in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment.Proficiency in using SAP Fieldglass.Minimum Requirements10 years’ experience in RecruitmentMatric/Grade 12Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Job Type:ContractWorkplace type:HybridLocation:Johannesburg, South AfricaExperience Level:Mid-Senior level
