Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations Management:

Oversee the daily functioning of the café, ensuring smooth operations during opening and closing hours.
Monitor staff performance, ensuring efficient service and compliance with café policies.
Manage inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure all products meet quality standards.
Staff Supervision and Training:

Hire, train, and manage café staff to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for employees.
Create work schedules, assign duties, and manage employee relations.
Customer Service Excellence:

Ensure all customers receive excellent service and resolve any complaints or issues that arise.
Maintain a welcoming and friendly environment for customers, enhancing their café experience.
Implement customer feedback to improve services and operations.
Financial Management:

Manage daily cash flow, including deposits, sales tracking, and reconciling accounts.
Control costs and optimize financial performance by managing labor, supplies, and operational expenses.
Ensure adherence to franchise financial policies and guidelines.
Quality Control and Compliance:

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met in the café.
Conduct regular checks to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
Ensure that the café adheres to the franchise’s operational standards, including menu offerings and branding.
Franchise Branch Coordination:

Regularly check and maintain franchise branches to ensure consistency in operations, branding, and customer experience.
Conduct inspections and audits at various branches to ensure compliance with franchise policies.
Provide support to other franchise branches in resolving operational challenges, staff training, and maintaining standards.
Report any issues or recommendations for improvement to higher management.
Marketing and Promotion:

Collaborate with the franchise's marketing team to execute local promotions and campaigns.
Engage with the local community to build brand awareness and foster customer loyalty.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of promotions and suggest improvements.
Problem Solving and Decision Making:

Quickly address operational issues that arise and provide solutions to maintain efficiency.
Work with franchise headquarters to implement best practices and innovations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a café manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of business management, customer service, and staff leadership.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage several branches if required.
Knowledge of franchise operations and adherence to corporate standards is a plus.
