Work Flexibility: Hybrid In this regional role, you will be implementing marketing and branding strategies within the Neurovascular ASEAN team; including but not limited to creating marketing materials, sales and market development tools, data analysis, customer communication, events and tradeshows coordination and tracking of key initiatives aimed at exceeding divisional sales and profitability objectives. What You Will Be Doing Lead the administrative aspects of Sales Marketing activities in ASEAN, working closely with all stakeholders involved. Develop, administer, and analyze monthly reporting tools and data analysis for Marketing/Sales team. Develop marketing tools, literature and presentations for campaigns, educational events and product launches. Ensure that materials are reviewed and approved by regulatory and legal stakeholders as necessary. Act as a brand steward, upholding brand and trademark standards with consistency in all projects. Manage internal database of regulatory documents, customer data etc. Lead the end to end execution, administrative and logistical processes of events that the business participates in; such as tech fairs, education programs, tradeshows, etc. This includes providing on-site support as appropriate. Process payments for HCP, societies and vendors as necessary. Coordinate customer / physician site visits, meetings with vendors, societies and field interaction with customers. Draft terms and contracts for HCPs, as well as submit and obtain approvals for such documents. Prepare/manage documents to support tender processes. Quality Systems Support – assist in coordination of any field action activities for the quality/regulatory function. Who We Are Looking For At least 5 years' experience in sales and/or marketing roles. Medical device background highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or other related fields. Excellent fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of an additional ASEAN language e.g. Bahasa / Mandarin is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to manage internal and external stakeholders efficiently. A motivated individual who has a strong sense of ownership of tasks assigned. Proven ability to multi-task and work well in a team based culture. Enjoys learning new concepts, reviewing and improving on existing processes. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
