Global Sales Leader Precommissioning Maintenance (PPS) Are you Sales Leader looking for a new opportunity? Would you like to be part of a successful team? Then join us! Our Process Pipeline Services (PPS) Precommissioning Maintenance business provides services that help our clients start-up and operate their process and pipeline assets safely and reliably. Our services support improvements in production efficiency, operating economics, and provide reductions in facility carbon intensity. Partner with the best As Global Sales Leader you will be responsible for developing and executing the customer and sales strategy for the Precommissioning Maintenance business. You will lead the global sales team. You will be expected to drive strategic success with orders, revenue profit growth. You will collaborate across all functions to succeed. As a Global Sales Leader, you will be responsible for: Developing, leading, coaching, and retaining key diverse talent, providing clear direction, feedback and developing succession and career paths. Lead, collaborate and co-elevate across matrix organization (ComOps, Operations, Engineering, SCM, Finance, other sub-business units (SBU) Maintaining sales team focus on commercial rhythms, forecasting and performance Leading the development and deployment of customer focused strategic plans for the SBU – regionally and globally. Be the customer advocate Identify and deploy strategic change through the sales organization Driving improvement in business outcomes via sustainable predictable profit growth. Harness deep knowledge of market, customer and competitor dynamics to inform and guide strategic direction Leveraging strong customer network at influential levels – personal involvement securing outcomes with key deals and customers Drive internal external credibility with knowledge of the relevant SBU services Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent – preferably in Science/Engineering or Commercial discipline Have a wealth of experience in managing sales/commercial and service operations teams, ideally in a PM related domain Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead local and remote teams, and generate excitement internally and externally Be a highly motivated and energetic leader with strong organizational skills. Be financially commercially astute – a good understanding of contracts (including terms e.g. commercial trades, logistics, and pricing), business financials and reporting Be a natural, proactive communicator with proven negotiation skills. Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems through good analytical skills. Be results orientated, self-driven individual with passion, enthusiasm and energy and ability to influence with and without authority in a multi-disciplinary, matrixed environment.
