[What the role is] Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager, Financial Planning [What you will be working on] a) Prepare the Authority’s monthly fund requests as well as related operations. Includes using and doing routine maintenance of automation scripts. b) Support in the running of the annual development budget and budget utilisation exercises. c) Support the transitioning of budget utilisation and/or fund request processes onto new budgeting and cost control systems, including helping to refine / re-design parts of the existing processes, and creating new documentation. d) Provide financial and funding advisory to LTA Groups, helping to ensure the quality of funding proposals. e) Contribute to continuous improvement by streamlining / optimising existing business processes (ad-hoc). [What we are looking for] • Tertiary Education in Accountancy/Business Administration/Finance or equivalent professional qualifications such as ACCA • At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience • Good working knowledge and understanding of risk assessment and internal controls • Attention to detail, resourceful, and a team player • Comfortable with Excel. Experience in systems and/or automation is a plus point.
