Responsibilities: Develop/review policies to close the digital divide, including identifying target segments, creating programme proposals and implementation plans. Manage and review programmes and projects to equip low-income families with Internet connectivity and infocomm devices. Liaise with stakeholders, partners and vendors of such programmes and projects. Build relationships with key partners in the public, people and private sectors to achieve DAI objectives. Evaluate grant requests and carry out due diligence of claims from grantees. Manage vendors to ensure they meet contractual obligations and deliver good customer experience. Research the technology landscape and other governments’ policies addressing the digital divide, and identify emerging trends and best practices. Evaluate and respond to appeals and other requests from members of the public. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business/management or information technology/accounting Good communication skills (both oral and written) Experience with data analysis and research Experience with budgeting and good familiarity with using spreadsheets Passion for social causes Good people skills Experience with socio-economic policies and project management preferred Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
