[What the role is] SIRS is seeking candidates with growth mindset to join our established institute. The lecturer’s responsibilities include designing and developing curricula and course materials, delivery of course and assessment, course and project supervision and providing course advisory. [What you will be working on] Candidates must have the versatility to develop and train multiple programmes for the retail industry leveraging technology-enabled learning. Candidates are also expected to steer and manage developmental initiatives as well as industry collaborations.
