You will play a fundamental role in achieving our aspiring customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for: Applying sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, lead for commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews. Cleans and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.). Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice. Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Working on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions. Handling targeted clients and expecting to define customer approach autonomously Leading a department of large personnel costs. Handling Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence Working closely with the group company to ensure robust forecast and demand planning, reviewing expected requirements and the determining level of stock to be ordered to ensure the sufficiency of both reserve stocks and operational stocks. Informing group company in respect of all required for the issue of production commitment’s to ensure the minimum stock level on ground for six to eight (6-8) months for Non-Cladded items and seven to eight (7-8) months for Cladded items in the storage facility for the VMI services. Supplying the goods to the standard of group company’s specifications. Providing transportation, including all required trucks for the goods movement from Abu Dhabi Ports to storage facilities. All licenses, permits, road tolls, port entry costs, etc. shall be the seller’s cost and responsibility. Storing the goods, service tools and spare parts including all warehouse / storage, and full tracking of goods, associated service tools and spare parts. Carrying out inspection, preservation, and maintenance of the goods. Performing goods preparation to ensure readiness for mobilization to site or jetty as required by group company. Performing mobilization and demobilization of the goods from the storage facilities to the delivery point and return of goods, including back up spare parts from the delivery point to the storage facilities. Providing support services, either by means of in-house supply or by a subcontractor, for the following (without limitation): Provisioning and coordinating of forecast demand planning, and liaising as required with the group company. Provisioning of suitably trained qualified seller personnel to handle, inspect and maintain the supplied goods and provision of Technical Support Seller Personnel Provisioning of storage facilities including the relevant facility, seller equipment, and labor and tools for goods receipt, handling, testing, repair, refurbishment, overhauling, dispatching, maintaining and safe storage of supplied good and full storage management. Provisioning of inventory control, maintenance, supervision, storage and handling. Provisioning of onshore and offshore goods preparation requirements and transportation of the GOODS (mobilization) to the delivery points, as will be instructed by group company representative Provisioning for return of the GOODS and associated transportation (demobilization), inspection pursuant and repair pursuant as will be instructed by group company representative. Provisioning of Wellhead Installation, Field Maintenance and redress services. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales). Have strong oral and written communication skills. Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Have the ability to work independently.
