Job Title: Engineer Application Division: Weir Minerals Location, JHB Isando Hybrid Purpose of Role: To represent, support, specify and sell WMA products by providing technical solutions to customers during the execution of product specific strategy. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Increase sales of full range of WMA products, with focus on Comminution Service existing clients and develop new business Provide technical support for the product, internally and externally Compile technical proficient product offers to clients, including selection and pricing Submit quotes and tenders as per customer requests Provide technical assistance and after sales service to clients Offer technical support to the branches, including site visits and trouble shooting. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: ·Bachelor's degree (mechanical / metallurgical / industrial / chemical) with five to ten years Comminution related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Understanding complete plant process and having past experience commissioning and operating plants would be advantages. Valid Driver’s license.
