To provide a proactive credit risk function by controlling
invoicing/statements to external customers by ensuring that all
invoices and billing matters are resolved within the framework of the
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) which includes internal and
external queries, allocations, and complaints to be actioned
timeously and with satisfaction to ensure that the Bank's exposure
to the debtors book is assessed and monitored within the credit risk
parameters to minimise financial losses.
