To lead the preparation and review the SBG annual financial statements for year-end interim, the preparation of the financial info to be included in prospectuses for SBGs note programmes, facilitate the delivery of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Companies Act JSE Listings Requirement compliant external financial reports and deliver the Companies Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) required eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) reporting for Group entities.
