In this position, you must have extensive experience dealing with the Act 36 Registrar, you must have extensive experience working on registrations for highly regulated products, and you must have a good understanding of GHS regulations and other legislation that governs highly regulated products, you will act as the link between the business, clients and regulatory authoritiesRESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain regulatory standard operating proceduresTrain staff in regulatory policies or proceduresEstablish regulatory priorities or budgets and allocate resources and workloadMaintain current knowledge of relevant regulations, including proposed and final rulesManaging activities such as audits, regulatory agency inspections, or product recallsParticipating in the development or implementation of clinical trial protocolsDirecting the preparation and submission of regulatory agency applications, reports, or correspondenceProviding regulatory guidance to departments or development project teams regarding the design, development, evaluation, or marketing of productsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSDegree in HorticultureAVCASA Certification in Crop Protection3 – 5 years technical experience in a similar industry
