You will be instrumental in the Project Management Office’s transformation to a Project Management Centre of Excellence at an exciting time of substantial change in the business and aged care sector at large.You will provide expertise, support and governance for Catholic Healthcare’s programs and projects, facilitating these to be delivered on time and within scope and budget.This position will allow you the scope to review, develop and implement the transformation of the PMO. Your ability to build and maintain strong trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, identify opportunities for improvement, drive accountability and manage change, will be instrumental to your success in this integral position.In your new role you will:Implement and develop program/project management best practiceEnsure PMO processes and methodologies are well documented and support full project lifecycleDesign, implement and maintain PMO dashboards and reportsLead design of risk mitigation plans and the application of effective risk management strategies, where requiredMaintain, balance, and optimise a portfolio of programsManage progress against budget for PMO managed projectsProviding effective leadership, coaching, and support to direct reports and providing regular feedbackThe successful candidate will be a highly motivated and organised individual who has exceptional strategic business partnering and leadership skills together with the ability to professionally drive accountability, in addition to the following;Completion of tertiary qualifications in Project Management, IT, Finance, Business Administration, or similarMinimum 10 years’ experience working in a similar role within project managementDemonstrated experience creating and overseeing the delivery of large-scale business project methodologies and frameworks within a corporate environmentStrong business acumen with professional written and oral communication skillsAbility to prioritise and work to tight deadlinesAdvanced coaching, influencing and communication skillsMust be able to provide Covid-19 immunisation evidence x 3Catholic Healthcare is a leading not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, home and community services and retirement living across NSW and SE QLD.
