What you will do: Data and Analytics Ecosystem Vision and Strategy: Responsible for contributing to and executing the Global Data and Analytics Ecosystem strategy, data governance, and deployment framework. Work closely with various stakeholders, such as business analysts, data engineers, data scientists, and IT teams, to understand their requirements, challenges, and goals, and provide them with the best-fit architecture and tools. Work closely with Data and Analytics Ecosystem Solution Leads, and subject matter experts to design solutions based on business requirements and project delivery timelines per industry best practices. Development and deployment of strategic and tactical data ecosystem initiatives focused on business data team enablement and co-development. Oversight of planning, scheduling and execution of team activities related to focus areas such as data management and governance, data integration and transformation. Support Ecosystem integration designs, leveraging ERP data models and data migration strategies. Leadership and Technology Management: Govern and control the Ecosystem design and solution work plan and dependencies; work with the business and program leads to align on the plan, dependencies, etc. Provide technical leadership to manage and prepare for solution readiness, data cleansing, data migration, and training. Management of Operations, Support, and Maintenance Services: Drive managed service partnerships to high-performance levels for operations, support, and maintenance of the data and analytics ecosystem. The formulation of deployment strategies to ensure reliability and scalability for Organization systems, establishing deployment metrics and ensuring each division, function, and region is measuring pre and post "Go Live" success metrics, Work closely with IT Service Delivery teams to ensure implementation of post-production support model and processes, Ensure timely escalation and mitigation of issues and risks to ensure smooth deployment process, and Partners with the IT Governance team to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures. What you will need: Minimum 8 years of IT related experience Minimum 5 years of experience leading a team, setting priorities and plans to meet business goals and objectives, data design and solutions expertise, including Data Modelling, integration, and data services. Strong knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies. Experience with Microsoft Fabric related technologies including ADF, Databricks, Azure Synapse, PowerBI, Azure role base access controls. Experience with low-code/no-code solutions such PowerApps and Power Automate Knowledge of ecosystem data best practices and industry standards Experience developing partnerships with technical and business teams utilizing strong communication and team building skills. Strong experience in planning and executing cut-over activities. Experience working with business leaders is required. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
