As a small team of local experts in Japan, the team has deployed cutting-edge FX services to our Japanese clients by developing systems that respond to the changing market environment and our client’s needs. FX business with corporate clients has been slow for a long time and has been covered by Institutional sales after the resignation of corporate coverage sales in 2018. Our foreign exchange business is growing steadily on the back of the recovery in DB’s credit ratings, and we will refocus on our corporate business from this year. Collaboration with Relationship Managers in Corporate Banking, Rates Sales, and offshore sales and traders. The role requires high interpersonal relationship ability as well as a wide range of product knowledge/experience in foreign exchange market. Your skills and experience: Product knowledge including Spot, Swaps, Options, structured products, NDF, Currency Swaps, Emerging Markets 3 years+ sales experience, preferably strong relationship with corporate clients Basic knowledge of settelements of foreign currencies and credit limits Knowldege of Japanese and foreign regulations related to foreign exchange Education/ Qualifications Education to University degree level Native level English and fluent in Japanese A team player with strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills and multi-cultural understanding Strong sense of ownership, inquisitiveness, and ability to work hard and steadily while emphasizing team work Very strong and persuasive communication skills in Japanese; English language ability desirable but not essential Good communication and influenting skills Sales motivated, personable and able to develop maintain relationships JSDA1 qualification holder preferred How we’ll support you: Flexible working to assist you balance your personal priorities Coaching and support from experts in your team A culture of continuous learning to aid progression A range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs Training and development to help you excel in your career About us and our teams: Deutsche Bank is the leading German bank with strong European roots and a global network. click here to see what we do.
