As a Branch Ambassador, you will play a vital role in our customers' banking experience. You will have the opportunity to connect with people, share product knowledge, and perform various transactions like check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals. Your role also includes ensuring fraud prevention and delivering exceptional customer service. We prioritize adaptability and a growth mindset, as our tech and financial landscape is constantly changing. What we are looking for in you:

- Friendly and engaging personality, with the ability to connect with customers.
- Ability to understand and address both personal and business financial needs, alleviating customer financial anxiety by offering appropriate solutions and guidance.
- Knowledge and adherence to compliance, audit, and security policies and procedures.
- Willingness to support all areas of the branch, from cash handling to rotating based on customer needs.
- Curiosity and a desire to learn about Capital One's products, services, and experiences to help guide customers towards their financial goals.
- Familiarity with digital banking, including online and mobile experiences, and the ability to educate customers on these channels.
- Team player mentality, collaborating with colleagues and inspiring each other.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, researching and answering customer inquiries in order to enhance customer retention and engagement.
- Ability to travel between branches in the assigned local area and support the market as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience

Salary: $51,542 - $51,542 per year for Branch Ambassador in New York
