Summary:



 We are seeking a highly motivated
and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. The
successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales
and marketing strategies that promote our products or services, increase sales,
and grow our customer base. The ideal candidate should have excellent
communication, organisational and analytical skills, and a proven track record
of meeting sales targets.



Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and
analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and preferences.

• Develop and implement sales and
marketing plans to promote our products or services to target customers.

• Identify and reach out to
potential customers through various channels such as email, social media, and
phone calls.

• Manage and grow relationships with
existing customers, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Collaborate with the sales team to
develop effective sales strategies and meet sales targets.

• Analyse sales and marketing data
to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Attend industry events and trade
shows to represent the company and promote our products or services.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in the
sales and marketing sector.

• Strong communication,
interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proven track record of meeting
sales targets and driving business growth.

• Knowledge of marketing techniques
such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

• Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and
as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
and other sales and marketing software.
