Duties and Responsibilities.
·
Preparing job
descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the recruitment
process.
·
Orientating new
employees and training existing employees.
·
Monitoring employee
performance.
·
Support to line managers to implement key HR
policies and procedures.
·
Facilitate annual review of key HR documents including
policies and procedures and other HR tools.
·
Preparation of payroll and statutory
deductions payments.
·
Maintaining current and potential staff HR
records in a view to create a database of a talent pool at the organisation’s
disposal.
·
Facilitate the off-boarding process of
employees leaving the organisation.
·
Employee contract management
·
Design and deployment of communication
processes and channels for dissemination of HR policies and procedures and
employee surveys across the organisation and the board of directors.
·
Support the organisation in structure review
in line with changing business needs and/or trends.
·
Manage headcount budget to ensure adequacy of
human resources while maintaining a lean and efficient workforce.
·
Manage the company’s succession planning
process.
·
In-charge of all meeting minutes writing,
recording, filing and the follow up on all actions executed and implemented by
the agreed set deadlines and timelines.
·
In-charge of all employee personnel filing,
scheduling, attendance and the management of leave days.
·
Support the management of
disciplinary and grievance issues
·
Any other duty assigned by the management.
Key Qualifications
● Minimum Diploma in HRM Management.
● Experience of 4+ years.
● Conversant with Kenyan labour laws.
● Ability to handle ERP software, MS Office packages such
as excel , word, powerpoint.
● Good diction of spoken and written English and Kiswahili.
● Ability to handle work environment conflicts
professionally.
