AFTERSALES MARKETER



Job Purpose



Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, the role holder will effectively and profitably manage the After-sales business at the branch with a view to meeting the set business strategic targets and objectives.





Responsibilities and Accountabilities



1. Generate aftersales forecast/plan on monthly basis by continuously mapping of S1-4 customers, undertake market prospecting, activations, handle Fleet customer etc. in a bid to meet the set Performance target.   

2. Undertake regular field visits and facilitate customer mapping in the region and identify opportunities and actual sales (Maxit and Lubes products).

3. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction is obtained by managing customer complaints and implementing aftersales standards as required. 

4. Implement, monitor and continuously review aftersales performance vs targets so as to develop initiatives to support growth and profitability, customer intimacy, customer retention, generate referrals and new business opportunities.

5. Facilitate the preparation of pre-qualification/tender documents to Corporate bodies such as Insurance providers and Government bodies so as to secure sale of Isuzu parts and service with the aim of generating revenue.

6. Preparing and presenting weekly Aftersales performance management reports.

7. Grow customer satisfaction index in the allocated region and implement action plans emanating from Isuzu and customer satisfaction surveys so as to promote CUSTOMER RETENTION.

8. Conduct cold calls and initiate customer briefings and manage customer feedback to ensure customer retention and prospects for purposes of meeting set performance target.

9. Adhere and implement the set SOP’s on Parts, After-sales policy and 5S guidelines.

10. Provide weekly After-sales management reports as required, undertake continuous performance appraisal, attend to all training for continuous development.





Academic Qualification, Knowledge and Experience



1. A Bachelor Degree in a Business related field, Engineering or related field.

2. Three years of relevant working experience.

3. Possession of CIM Diploma will be an added advantage.
