Associate role is to retain current customers and get new customers interested in our vehicles:• Calling current/new customers that have shown interest in any of our new/current models and qualifying them as potential buyers• Calling Retailers to confirm that they have contacted all leads sent to them• Verify and update customers details • Escalate any after sales issues to the CRC department • POC in my absence by assisting the team and reporting on performance
