We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing Consumer Experience to join the team at Sodexo at out office in Balcatta on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting to the CEO, the main priority of this role will be to design a strong strategic marketing digital vision and develop and lead the Energy Resources strategic marketing roadmap and its’ initiatives in Australia.Key accountabilities will Include: Be a spokesperson of marketing and digital transformation across the organizations.Coordinate the Energy Resources Digital and Business Transformation Roadmap Services Operations (Food FM platforms) and IST.Coordinate the Go to Market with BD and Operation teams.Actively contribute to the animation of the regional Marketing Digital community.Manage and develop the Energy Resources marketing team.Core Business Competencies include:Strategic Marketing and Sales Support.Market mega-trends, Clients Consumers Insights Data.Service / Offers optimization.Digital Marketing - Engage clients and prospects to boost demand.Team management.Requirements of the role will include but are not limited to:Anticipate, via clients’ and consumer’s insights, a trend watch /competition and new business models the opportunities and risks that new service offers, and players bring to the organization and the service portfolio both B2B and B2C.Create a Marketing Australia roadmap.Design and develop new services creating value for our clients and consumers generating profitable growth; that can be deployed not only in Australia but across all Energy Resources networks.Lead both Consumer Experience Focused Services (Retail + Health well-being) and all Consumer facing capabilities (Consumer Engagement Onsite marketing, Products Service Development) to develop cross-activity programs and deliver a true end-to-end experience to Consumers.Propose necessary changes in the organization and skills to set the necessary levers to key enablers to design and develop services, pricing, and marketing content.Work closely with BD’s and Service Tech experts.Work closely with the Digital Transformation function to align the digital transformation strategy and initiatives with Marketing ones and services development.Continue developing an innovation ecosystem with proximity partnerships piloting new projects, Represent, ER at Apac R-MSOC (regional Marketing Services Operations, Digital Committee) to facilitate playbooks optimization and synergies across segments and geographies.Who are we looking for? To be successful, you’ll need a proven track record in marketing and leadership, managing multi-disciplinary teams with a demonstrated ability to increase efficiency, improve service, and effectively manage resources across multiple business areas.We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments; there’s never a dull moment at Sodexo.  You take pride in delivering work to the highest standard, with excellent time management and teamwork skills and can work independently and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
