We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress and business case delivery to bringing assets into use.In a Senior Estimating role, you will have knowledge in:First principles estimating in the Power, Utilities and Infrastructure sectors.Preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and expenditure profiles for projects and work packagesCo-ordination and production of feasibility studies and multi-tier cost reportsUndertake key tendering and procurement activities, including establishing pre-qualification stage requirements, preparation of pre-tender estimates, tender analysis, tender reports and the compilation of contractual documentsDeep analysis and assessment of cost estimates and forecasts provided by contractors and the supply chainApplication of estimating and cost planning activities including producing and presenting a final cost planGood knowledge and experience of the main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
