About the Role Works on the planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function. Interacts directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities, prepares regular marketing activity reports and responds to questions from the sales organization. Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion. May identify, evaluate and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives; provides pre- and post-sale marketing support to distributors, OEMs and resellers; and supports public relations through researching, writing and editing press releases. Responsibilities may also include: coordinating trade show activities, website development, developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions. Job Description We are looking for an excellent Field Marketing Coordinator to support building pipeline. You will be primarily responsible for coordinating and executing local field marketing events in collaboration with our Sales team, managing marketing campaigns, and generally be an indispensable part of our demand generation organization. You will partner with the rest of our demand generation team to provide seamless development, deployment, and execution of our programs. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, overly communicative and a team player. Support run day-to-day execution of field marketing programs and campaigns Manage email marketing campaigns, and other outbound marketing programs Project manage campaigns including managing schedules, coordinating assets, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring your programs run without a hitch Work closely with a diverse set of teams to track projects and provide regular status updates, including sales development, sales, creative, product marketing and marketing operations Manage relationships with internal creative team and external resources who support creation of assets such as email, direct mail, webinars, etc. Write and develop creative briefs and project plans Deliver demand assets to all necessary teams to cover our distribution platforms such as social, web and other media Help ensure our programs and campaigns are shared and implemented by Sales and Partners Take initiative to drive problem resolution at the project level Identify opportunities for optimization within the overall project execution process About You Basic Requirements BA or BS, or equivalent experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Highly collaborative work style. Positive, upbeat attitude and a sense of humor Proven track record of being detail oriented in a cross-functional, project management environment Experience with working with a marketing or demand generation team Expert user of Google Apps and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or other MAP a plus Other Qualifications Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships within team Excellent program management skills and attention to detail Being able to rapidly adapt and respond to changing requests/priorities Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
