Job Title Site Manager Job Description As Site Manager your main functions/tasks will be: Define the installation plan of the project. Organization of all activities related to the 'works on site' phase. Ensure the execution of the work according to the sequence defined in the planning. Advise and participate in the Budget process of the execution phase and hiring of subcontractors. Coordinate execution times with the client and subcontractors. Lead and manage the interaction of jobs on the site. Delegate responsibility for installation to suppliers/partners. Optimum preparation for the commissioning phase of the installation. Commissioning support during the testing phase. Logistics organization of the teams on site. Creation and management of site documentation and reporting of site management plans. Management and control of internal processes. Ensure Health and Safety requirements. How should your profile be? Advanced vocational education in a technical specialty such as Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering or Technician . Minimum 2 years previous experience as Site Manager Basic knowledge of 2D/3D CAD programs (Autocad, Solidworks, etc.). Knowledge of MS Office programs Preferable experience in automated warehouses, airport and/or in the logistics sector. Strong communication skills and a creative approach to building professional relationships with clients. Ability to work within an international work environment, especially working within a project organization. Fluency English (B2), both verbal and written, and a high level of Spanish (C1). Availability to travel for several months and be displaced in other countries (EUROPE AND LATAM). Driving license. Aspire. Grow. Achieve.
