Key responsibilities Assist Digital Tax team consultants to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot business applications and solutions, including application servers, and databases. Work with Digital Tax team consultants to develop, analyse, and document solution requirements, data mapping, flowcharts, and timelines for developers and testers to follow. Assist Digital Tax team consultants to develop and document test cases and testing procedures to serve the overall quality assurance process. Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed. Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance. Requirements Students from Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or any related discipline. Have a good understanding in or be willing to learn web technologies (including, but not limited to, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, .NET Framework, Python, SharePoint, etc.). Knowledge and understanding of database systems (e.g, SQL Server). Have a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle. Have a keen interest in using technology to solve problems. Self motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative. Keen to develop themselves in the profession. Possess a good co-curricular activities record. Display strong interpersonal and communication skills. Be service-oriented and committed to teamwork and excellence. Good to have Knowledge and experience in Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum and XP. Knowledge and experience in RPA software (e.g.: UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) Knowledge and experience in business intelligence software (e.g.: Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview) Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools such as Python and R.
