Job Description: Job Title: TDI - Lead Business Functional Analyst - AVP Location: Manila Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President The Lead Business Functional Analyst covers the whole analysis phase of a project and is able to design optimal target state business processes, including aspects outside own area of responsibility to ensure target processes are designed and aligned front to back. The Lead BFA will be responsible in implementation of large-scale local regulatory reporting projects using the agile framework, various platforms. This will be from data analysis, to data mapping, preparation, calculations and report visualization. Covering end to end delivery from requirements analysis, testing, data transformation and implementation. You can expect Competitive Salary Attractive Retirement Benefit Medical and Life Insurance upon employment 20 days Annual Vacation Leaves Your key responsibilities Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle Ensure business processes designed follow specifications and in compliance with the business/legal requirements Lead workshops to gather the information needed for fit-gap analysis or blueprints. Expert knowledge on SAP FI-CO functionalities – in particular FI- GL/AA/AP/AR /CO – and able to design solutions leveraging standard functionality. Advise clients on feasibility of the solutions. Hands-on experience in customizing on SAP FI-CO. Responsible for providing functional expertise, guidance and instruction on SAP products. Complete and elaborate functional design in accordance with solution designed by solution architect and documentation of the same. Formulate and create functional specification documentation, in close working with Business Analysts, Application Owners and Solution Architects. Analyze technical project requirements documents received from Application Management, for functional impacts. Supports testing on behalf of users, operations, and testing teams potentially including test plans, test cases, test-data and review of interface testing, between different applications, when required. Work with application developers to resolve functional issues from UATs, and to help find solutions for various functional difficulty areas. Work with Application Management area for functional area trouble shooting and resolution to reported bugs / issues on applications. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review Work with application developers to resolve functional issues from UATs, and to help find solutions for various functional difficulty areas. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review Your skills and experience At least 4 years experience in Risk and Regulatory ; preferably knowledge and experience in statistical, liquidity and credit risk reporting Knowledge of IT delivery and architecture including knowledge of Data Modelling and/or BA. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing and alternating priorities with a constant focus on delivery. Experience managing teams in global IT change projects and varying project / programme environments (waterfall, scrum/agile, etc.) Experience working with business requirements through to system level Functional Specifications. Experience in business analysis, data analytics or UX (user experience). Experience in a financial domain (capital markets, transaction banking, wealth management, liquidity, credit risk reporting) and/or related support functions. Experience owning product backlogs, sprint planning and driving release content throughout via prioritised stories. Advanced analytical and problem solving experience and ability to independently identify issues grasp new concepts, provide insights and solutions and oversee their delivery. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong planning and highly organised with ability to prioritise key deliverables across several workstreams. Excellent communication and documentation / presentation skills. Self motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organisations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing. Ability to influence and motivate other team members and stakeholders through strong dialogue, facilitation and persuasiveness. Able to act as a point of escalation for team members. Advanced knowledge of methods and tooling for the Business Functional Analysis Profession. Advanced knowledge of MS Office products. Broad knowledge of related business solutions in the marketplace.
