, Philippines Job Family Group: Commercial and Retail Worker Type: Regular (FTC) (Fixed Term) Posting Start Date: Business unit: Human Resources Experience Level: Experienced Professionals Job Description: Job Description Purpose To manage and grow the assigned zone, capturing opportunities in key industries identified in the territory To deliver set KPIs To consistently use Salesforce tools and Sales 1st techniques to achieve financial targets and Sales and Marketing Key - Performance Indicators (KPIs) To maintain Sales 1st Flagship status (updated/documented calendar, develop high quality POPSA and Key Account Plans) To improve set Sales 1st Productivity KPIs (Strength, Target Delivered, Hit Rate, Cycle Time, Customer Churn) To ensure observance of LAT behaviors, HSSE policies, and Shell SGBP. Accountabilities To manage and grow the business zone of Metro Manila; capturing opportunities in Power, Manufacturing, Construction and Mining industries To deliver the following KPIs (annual) : Volume = 145M liters, C3 = Php 121M, DSO = 57.9 days To consistently use Salesforce.com tools and Sales 1st techniques to achieve financial targets and Sales and Marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) To maintain Sales 1st Flagship status (updated/documented calendar, develop high quality POPSA and Key Account Plans) To improve set Sales 1st Productivity KPIs (Strength, Target Delivered, Hit Rate, Cycle Time, Customer Churn) To ensure observance of LAT behaviors, HSSE policies, and Shell SGBP. Scope of Work The portfolio is composed of conglomerates and multinational companies under manufacturing and power industries, with plants located nationwide. Demonstrate key account management to key strategic customers of Wholesale Commercial Fuels. Involves engagement with different customer stakeholders from end users, procurement, finance, accounting and top level management. Be on top of day-to-day operations to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved. Involves strong collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Pricing, Marketing, Finance, Customer Operations, Dealmaking, Road Transport, OTD, Supply, Supply Ops, Terminal and Credit. Daily tasks include: Order and delivery inquiries/coordination Support Credits in payment collection Weekly/monthly pricing activities Salesforce updating Customer engagements (virtual and face to face) Ensure sales contract management target is achieved. This may involve finalizing contracts of recently closed deals in collaboration with Legal. Pursue prospects with the objective of converting to new business.
