Qualifications for Hair Stylists/Babers:

You must have a Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements may vary by state/province)
You must have a passion for building genuine connections with customers and providing great haircuts
You should desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, we provide training!)
You should be able to work well with your teammates to create a supportive and positive salon atmosphere
