We are seeking an experienced Inbound Call Center Agent to join our team.

As an inbound call center agent you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, resolving their inquiries and complaints, and providing excellent customer service.

Since you will be the first point of contact for our customers, having a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are must-haves for this job.

Core responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Provide accurate and complete information to customers by using the right tools, processes, and procedures.
Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and provide appropriate solutions to their concerns.
Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Meet performance metrics such as average handle time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Update customer information in the database as needed.
Adhere to call center policies and procedures.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Proven customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Familiarity with call center software and equipment
Availability to work flexible hours (includes weekends and holidays)
Full time/Part time and available for location in OMAN.
