Assist in coordinating and managing training, meetings, and the conference room

• Manage inventory of all company equipment in the office.


• Maintaining general office files, including departmental files, vendor files, and other files
related to office operations


• Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.


• Carrying out clerical duties such as making and receiving phone calls, responding to
emails, and preparing documents as directed


• Keep stock of office supplies, place orders when necessary, and ensure they are used
efficiently


• Keep track of all training material and equipment as it goes out to the training venues
and back to the office.


• Making sure the office is clean, neat and well organized at all times including
supervision of vendors responsible for office cleaning


• Perform bookkeeping tasks including budget tracking, reconciliation of expense
receipts and invoices, and filing of receipts, invoices and other financial documents in
the office.


• Manage office petty cash.


• Representing Tiny Totos to the public, meetings and as the main face in the office at
all times in a dignified, articulate manner.


• Providing any other support that may reasonably be required and requested.
