Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation:Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including inbound and outbound tactics, to identify and nurture potential customers.Team Management:Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Agents to ensure they meet or exceed their individual and team targets.Sales Training:Provide ongoing training and support to Sales Agents to enhance their skills and product knowledge, enabling them to effectively engage with potential clients.Pipeline Management:Monitor and optimise the sales pipeline to ensure leads progress smoothly through the sales funnel and convert to opportunities.Prospect Qualification:Evaluate and qualify leads to identify high-potential prospects, understanding their needs, and ensuring alignment with our solutions.Performance Metrics:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Sales Development team to measure success and productivity.Collaboration:Work closely with the Sales Team Leader (UK), Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align lead generation efforts with company objectives.Reporting:Generate regular reports on the team's progress, successes, and areas for improvement.Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide insights for effective lead generation strategies.
