Let’s talk about this role As the voice of nib working as a Customer Care Consultant your new role will see you provide accurate and comprehensive information and advice about nib’s health products and services whilst delivering a meaningful member experience. More specifically this role will see you: Be the first point of contact for health fund members, and provide complete and accurate advice to customers about their entitlements Represent nib’s brand by providing excellence in customer service in a professional manner Promote alternate, cost-effective channels and proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for nib’s products and services Strive to efficiently achieve first call resolution whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Receive ongoing growth and training opportunities whilst part of a team culture that supports one another and celebrates our success Identify opportunities for continuous improvement that will directly or indirectly benefit our members You will have a passion for customer service and can communicate to a range of customers to meet specific needs. You will have high attention to detail and won't be afraid to challenge the status quo.
