This position plays a crucial role by providing agility to our Talent Attraction Acquisition delivery operations by driving effective pre-onboarding process to shape a unique experience for our new joiners at Maersk for Front Line People Organization (FLPO) in North America/Latin America (NAM/LAM). This position will lead a Talent Acquisition Operation team conformed of Talent Acquisition Coordination Associates to support the Americas Region. Key Responsibilities: Leading, building, and developing a high-performing, efficient, and agile team of operations professionals, including the Americas recruiting Coordinator function and setting the strategic direction and goals. Drive an agile and effective “Manage Hire process” (Background checks and pre-onboarding activities) to ensure consistency across the region and drive a great employee experience for our new joiners during the Pre-Onboarding phase. Lead and manage a team of TA coordinators/admins to support the TA Operations for the Americas Region. Work closely with the TA Managers to support them on the operations of Talent Acquisition Delivery mainly during the handover of the recruitment processes to the Pre-Onboarding processes. Ensure high quality in the Manage Hire Process flow according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and maintain high-quality data in our HR System. Also responsible for attending to any issue, or escalation that needs to be solved. We are looking for: 3 years of experience in Human Resources. Front Line Operations experience is required. Leadership Experience managing direct reports. Process Oriented / Detail Oriented Ability to identify process improvements and drive improvements. Customer-oriented with experience working with multiple stakeholders across borders, building and maintaining strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, business partners, and candidates. Comfort/experience communicating and influencing across multiple stakeholders and able to write convincing narratives, using data and analysis to back up recommendations. Problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to diagnose and drive solutions in a complex and ambiguous environment. Ability to adapt to the hiring needs from one country to another.
