Partner with the best As a Quality Specialist, you will take ownership for quality and continuous improvement across the life-cycle of projects. You will build relationships with internal teams and customers to ensure we deliver a successful service. You will have a key role in ensuring we are compliant with quality management systems and obtain plant certification. As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for: · Perform required inspection of parts, assemblies and sub-assemblies (including verification of dimensional tolerances against drawing, hardness testing, thread inspection, raw material verification, welding..etc.). · Control of non-conforming equipment and implementation of corrective actions. · Responsible for verification on rework and repair. · Act as a mentor for new hire. · Assess the quality qualification of manufacturing technician with respect to global CMP. · Review documents torque and pressure test chart as needed. · Participate in QA audits as needed. · Verify the traceability of equipment · Identify room for improvements. · Monitor 3rd party inspections · Act as a coordinator between quality team and other departments. · Perform receiving verification on received items. · Prevent any deviation from requirements and report to supervisor. · Owner of data trackers and perform analysis as needed. · Perform final inspection to ensure final product is meeting requirements. · Witness critical assembly steps as needed. · Comply with HSE requirements · Ensure global procedures and documents only used. · Control of records and documents. · Other assigned projects and tasks as needed. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: · Technical bachelor’s degree or Diploma with minimum of 3 years experience in quality, manufacturing or oil filed. · Ability to communicate in English through emails, in meeting and understand written procedures/instructions. · Priority to candidates with CMM programming experience or strong knowledge in thread inspection. · Background on API Q1 is preferred. · Certified CSWIP welding inspector or ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor certification is a plus. · Be able to show excellent problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
