This position will allow you to use your own personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet). Devices must have Windows 11 or later, minimum of 8GB RAM, Ethernet LAN connection for Internet. Your Responsibilities

Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Provide feedback on call issues
Upsell if required


What We're Looking for

High School Diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or older
6 months sales experience minimum
Typing 35 WPM
Be proficient in PC operation and navigation
Able to work independently
Have excellent communications skills, both oral and written
Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
Ability to stay composed and objective
Strong listening skills


Work from Home Requirements

Must be able to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet), with Windows 11 or later, Wired Ethernet LAN connection, Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless and dial-up ISP are not permitted), a minimum of 8GB RAM
High-Speed Internet required, proof of internet speed required
Dedicated workspace
